Yes. We encourage repeat pairings for continuity and trust. We’ll always prioritize your preferred pilot if available.

What are your safety standards and certifications?

All pilots are current in type, with recent sim evaluations. Most exceed minimum currency and have IS-BAO or Part 135-level compliance experience.

What happens if my plans change? (Cancellation/rescheduling policy)

We understand plans evolve. Our policy allows for flexibility and transparent communication. We’ll work with you to adjust without penalty whenever possible.

How far in advance do I need to book?

While we can sometimes deploy within 24 hours, we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure we can cover your needs 7-14 days in advance (or more) is recommended to secure the best match for your operation.
